Red River Pump Prep is an 8 week online group training plan built by Kris Hampton and Dru Mack based on the framework that Dru uses to crush the Red's hardest routes. Scaleable to any level from 5.10 to 5.13, this program will have your endurance at a premium for the climbing season. You'll have direct access to Dru through a group chat for the duration of the plan. You’ll also kick off and wrap up the program with Dru in two group Zoom calls.

The program is available in two versions: Ropes + Boulders OR Boulders Only

To complete this program, you’ll need access to climbing (boulders and routes, depending on the version you choose), a hangboard, and the ability to add weight to your hangs.

This program will begin on MONDAY, JANUARY 23rd and run for 8 weeks without pause. The two group Zoom calls are tentatively scheduled for Friday, January 27th and Friday, March 17th.
