Fully Comprehensive
With movement drills, tactical practice, finger training, and overall body strength and conditioning. Each program is rooted in a non-linear periodized approach (with a high/low approach at the more advanced levels).Easy to Access

Our Proven Plans form a complete roadmap from beginner to expert, with each program leading seamlessly into the next.
We created our Just Climb More Proven Plans because we feel that the advice eager beginners most often hear - “Just climb more!” - is a bit of a cop-out answer given by people who don’t know any better. But we do, and so should you. Of course you should climb more - but not JUST climb more. Instead, these Proven Plans will help you learn how to engage in deliberate movement practice and teach you the tactics required to more efficiently reach your goals, all while making you stronger in the process.
Our intermediate level Proven Plans are stamina-heavy explorations of the movement, tactics, and strength/power required to climb harder. At this level, we begin exploring finger strength in depth, as well as learning to keep movement skills together when faced with fatigue - a necessary skill for making the most of your climbing time.
Our advanced level Proven Plans edge into a higher level of intensity. At this point, most climbers have dialed in many of the tactical aspects and their time is best spent in training for the physical rigors of climbing at an elite level.
Prefer to manage your own training program but want some help with accessory work? Our selection of à la carte Proven Plans are designed to work with you in mind. Whether it’s during your training cycle or the climbing season, these are perfect for the time or energy-crunched climber.
For climbers who want to further their kettlebell practice. While our first KB program is not a prerequisite, this is a more advanced plan, and assumes an understanding of KB fundamentals. Designed for use with your own climbing specific plan. Click for more info.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Choose the plan that best fits you (or we can help you choose), and within 1-2 business days, we’ll send you everything you need to get setup with our mobile app (iPhone and Android compatible). There you’ll see your plan, with each training session laid out for you, including instructional videos of drills and exercises. We’ll give suggestions on session frequency, but you’ll be able to build your own schedule. Once your plan wraps up, we can help you decide on the next best step in your training.
COACH COMMUNICATION OR NOT?
While we are firm believers that coaching can make a huge difference, we also recognize that it isn’t for everyone. If you’re highly self-motivated or just prefer to do it on your own, our no-coach option might be perfect for you. Frankly, we recommend that most people do a cycle or two without coaching - it’s important to learn your own strengths, shortcomings, and leanings so that you know how/where a coach could best help you.
If you do opt for coach communication, your coach will make any necessary initial adjustments and then follow up with weekly check-in’s. Need more? You can always get in touch with your coach directly through the mobile app, so it’s entirely up to you to set the level of communication you prefer, whether it’s questions about your plan or tactical advice for your current project.
