Hey Everybody,

I’m Kris Hampton, owner and coach here at Power Company Climbing.

I’ve spent the past few years exploring a new way to look at climbing movement skills and techniques…

… a more thematic view that goes deeper into what the principles actually are, and how we can improve those, and then as a byproduct, develop skills that can be adapted to any technique. I knew there had to be a set of principles that could address it all.

In this course, we’ll give you:

  2. Ways to analyze your own movement skills using these foundational Atomic Elements.
