That New Car Scent

We're here.  Finally.  There is still much work to be done.  All of the old blog posts will need to be formatted, all of the old links will need to be fixed, and we still have apparel sitting in boxes that we need to photograph and get on here.  That's just the beginning.

But we're here.

Have a look around.  While you do that, I'll be getting a new podcast episode together (and I'll be sitting down with Justen Sjong this weekend to talk as well), finishing up our "Kettlebells for Climbers Ebook" that I've been working on with Paul Corsaro, which I'm really excited about, and getting together some exciting new training options.

No matter how much I try to be lazy, things keep happening around here.

Oh!  And before I go, our friends over at MOJA Gear were nice enough to include me in their Climber Spotlight series, and I'm really proud of the interview we did. Check that out HERE!

Be on the lookout for the next Podcast episode, blog posts from Nate, and that "Kettlebells for Climbers Ebook!"

Kris Hampton

A climber since 1994, Kris was a traddie for 12 years before he discovered the gymnastic movement inherent in sport climbing and bouldering.  Through dedicated training and practice, he eventually built to ascents of 5.14 and V11.

Kris started Power Company Climbing in 2006 as a place to share training info with his friends, and still specializes in working with full time "regular" folks.  He's always available for coaching sessions and training workshops.
